Develop and lead team of 47 directors working on conferences and government and private sector policy projects through strategic objectives; vision-planning; organizational management; and crisis response.
Initiate, coordinate, and moderate 2022 Women in Foreign Policy Conference on career and policy with opening remarks by SecState Blinken and experts from State, DoD, NASA, Google, and CIA.
Established and managed 35 research teams of 400 students for government: State Dept.'s Envoy for Hostage Affairs, Bureau for East Asia, Pentagon’s NATO office, Cyber Command and Space Force.
Developed and coordinated 2021 virtual foreign policy conference for approx 600 high school students.
